Eugene leads the development of Terranoha’s platform and the engineering behind Emmie. He is responsible for building the systems that enable AI to safely execute real actions inside enterprise environments under business rules and full traceability.

With more than 20 years of experience in software engineering and financial technology, Eugene has designed and delivered trading platforms, banking systems, and cloud-based enterprise infrastructure used by major financial institutions. He has led engineering teams from early-stage startups to large-scale enterprise environments, including roles at Finastra and Olfa Trade.

At Terranoha, Eugene focuses on building a robust, scalable foundation for governed AI execution, ensuring reliability, security, and seamless integration with client systems.
