Eric Languille

Eric brings over 15 years of leadership experience in financial software sales, with a strong track record in building, scaling, and transforming sales organizations across Europe.

He began his career as a developer before moving into project management at GL Trade, a leading trading solutions provider. He later played a key role in establishing and growing the Geneva business unit, holding successive leadership roles including COO, Head of Sales, and Managing Director for Switzerland, until the company was acquired by SunGard (now FIS).

At SunGard, Eric held multiple senior sales leadership positions in trading systems, ultimately serving as Sales Director for Continental Europe. He then joined Misys (now Finastra), where he progressed from Regional Sales Manager to Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe and Russia-CIS, overseeing all product lines.

In 2018, Eric joined Calypso as Managing Director for Continental Europe and later became Managing Director Europe. He remained in this role through the successful acquisition of Calypso by Thoma Bravo in 2021.

Eric brings deep expertise in financial markets, enterprise software, and scaling high-performance commercial organizations.

Chief Revenue Officer - Terranoha
Leading global revenue strategy and go-to-market for Terranoha, positioning Emmie as a new category of AI that executes real actions inside enterprise systems under business rules and full governance. Driving commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across financial institutions and regulated industries.
2018 - 2021
MD Europe - Calypso
Led Calypso’s European business across sales, strategy, and client relationships. Member of the executive leadership team. Scaled the region beyond $100M ACV and led the organization through the successful acquisition by Thoma Bravo.
2017 - 2018
MD Eastern Europe, Russia-CIS - Finastra
Oversaw regional business operations following the merger of Misys and D+H. Responsible for sales growth, client relationships, and expansion across Eastern Europe and CIS markets.
2013 - 2017
MD Central and Eastern Europe - Misys
Built and led a multi-country sales organization across Central and Eastern Europe. Drove regional growth, structured high-performing teams, and expanded Misys’ presence across key financial markets.

SVP Sales, Continental Europe - SunGard
Led sales for trading, risk, and compliance solutions across Continental Europe following SunGard’s acquisition of GL Trade. Managed strategic accounts and expanded the company’s footprint among major financial institutions.
